Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered on the ok1111 platform at ok1111.pro, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activity in your jurisdiction, and that you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

ok1111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an ok1111 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each person may hold only one ok1111 account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ok1111 will close the duplicate account(s), void any pending bonuses or promotions associated with the duplicate, and may recover any withdrawals made through the duplicate account. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. ok1111 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ok1111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with industry best practice and our internal compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits are accepted, withdrawals are processed, or bonuses are released:

Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically credited within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. ok1111 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand, maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

ok1111 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All funds must be withdrawn to an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name and verified under your ok1111 account. Any attempt to transfer funds to a third party through the ok1111 platform will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ok1111 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers timed around events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All sports bets placed on ok1111 are governed by the specific rules of each sport and market as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a market description and the underlying rules, the rules will take precedence. ok1111 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price, or where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ok1111 immediately. We will suspend your account pending investigation and work with you to secure it. ok1111 will not be held responsible for unauthorised transactions made before you notified us of a suspected breach.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
